At around 0913UTC this morning, an error with file permissions on the root server caused an internal server error (HTTP500 error) which affected the travelradar.aero domain, and Writer's Portal. The root cause was identified within 3minutes, however due to team availability the patch could not be rolled out onto the server until 1612UTC leading to a complete outage during this time.

The error is now successfully patched, and steps have been taken to prevent future occurrence. There was no outage to other services such as Intranet or IT Helpdesk.
